Photoshop fun...

Sometimes when I am in between art projects and need to fuel my creativity, I take a piece of art I've already created, scan or photograph it, and then alter it in Photoshop. Playing with typography and words (and photoshop layers) satisfies my soul.

Just found your blog and I'm enjoying my time here. I'm looking for the best way to combine my hand art with digital as you've done here. I have know idea what type of photoshop to buy to create images like yours here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
How is your niece? My husband had a lung transplant in 2005.
